The Confirmed360 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Custom Jersey Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Confirmed360 (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or the National Football League.
1. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Confirmed360, as well as employees of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization, are not eligible to enter or win.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their information through the designated Confirmed360 entry form for the Promotion. Entry is free.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified. Duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins upon publication and ends on the date specified by Sponsor. The winner will be selected and announced on or before April 1.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) custom Tampa Bay Buccaneers jersey selected from the official Buccaneers online store.
Prize conditions:
• The jersey must be configured through the official Buccaneers custom jersey platform
• The total retail value of the jersey must not exceed $200 USD
• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
5. Winner Notification & Requirements
The winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry.
To claim the prize, the winner must provide ALL required jersey details within seven (7) days of notification:
• Jersey name
• Jersey number
• Size
• Color/style selection
• Valid shipping address
Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Prize Fulfillment
The prize will be fulfilled after all required information has been received and verified. Delivery timelines may vary based on retailer production and shipping schedules.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party manufacturers or shipping carriers. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during shipping.
Once the prize has been submitted for processing and/or transferred to the designated carrier, Sponsor is unable to replace, modify, or reship the prize for any reason. Prizes are awarded as-is and have no cash value.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms.
8. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Confirmed360, its affiliates, and promotional partners from any claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance.
9. Privacy
Information submitted will be handled in accordance with Confirmed360’s privacy practices and may be used for marketing and promotional communications.
